In a New Light

I like the way you've taken something mundane, just the side of a building, and made it a work of art. You've also done a good job with the editing of making the web actually show up - it's one of those things that can look cool in person, and then not actually show up on film, which is a shame - but no such issue here, well done!

As others have mentioned, I think that the brightness in the lower right corner is a bit overwhelming. It's fine to have blown highlights in parts of your image that aren't the main focus, and the bit above it is okay, it's just that there is quite a large expanse of the brightness in that corner, and nothing really to balance that on the left hand side. So I would have made the picture a bit straighter to minimise that effect so that we can really concentrate on the main focus of your image - the web and the awesome brickwork around it - without being distracted.

Nice work overall though and I like what you've done to bring out the different tones in the bricks.
